Prerequisites : Responsibilities

  • Contract development: Assist in the development, review, and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors involved in the project
  • Contract administration: Manage and administer all contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including change orders, claims, and dispute resolution
  • Subcontractor management: Oversee the performance of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, and resolving any issues or disputes
  • Payment processing: Review and approve subcontractor invoices for payment, ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with contract terms and project budgets
  • Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts, including contract disputes, delays, and cost overruns
  • Legal compliance: Ensure that all contractual activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including contract agreements, change orders, and correspondence
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including the project manager, owner, and subcontractors, regarding contract-related matters
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and objectives
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with previous team leadership experience
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external design teams, including planning and managing the collaboration process
  • Participate in project meetings and presentations to present BIM progress and clash detection reports
  • Liaise with design teams, project managers, and clients to ensure project goals are met
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work to deadlines, and manage effectively under pressure

Compétences

Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) services
  • Ability to coordinate MEP services within a 3D modelling environment
  • Experience working in a data center design environment (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in G Suite applications (advantageous)
  • Experience working in a global business environment (advantageous)

Expériences

  • Experience with B360, ACC, Navisworks Manage, Revit, and AutoCAD
