Project coordination & support:

Support and coordinate several internal change projects to guide the transformation within the Business Area Nuclear :
• Facilitating work sessions and workshops
• Actively managing internal stakeholders and mapping their different interests
• Building a network throughout the organization to gather feedback from the field
• Supporting management in their role as change sponsors
• Advising the project teams involved in various initiatives
• Designing and implementing our change management approach in support of the business roadmap and resources needed for executing
• Evaluating the needs and impact of various ongoing projects and initiatives related to change management, taking into account potential evolutions based on those needs
• Monitoring change activities, adapting them to changing priorities and context

 

Internal communication:

Execute the internal communication strategy with the support of the department assistant
• Creating engaging narratives that promote acceptance and understanding
• Connecting the objectives of each project with the overarching transformation program
• Creating clear, concise and engaging documentation in support of the project
• Feeding communication channels such as SharePoint and Teams
• Planning and organizing events in support of aforementioned objectives and tasks

Compétences


• fluent in English and French (both written and orally), knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• interested in various approaches and methods, particularly ADKAR/PROSCI, to ensure a smooth transition (certification of any kind is an asset but not a must)
• solution-oriented attitude and are open to creative, pragmatic solutions that you co-construct with various stakeholders
• resilient and determined showing persuasiveness to achieve common goals
• know the importance of proactive stakeholder management, building strong relationships for ongoing support with patience and diplomacy
• confident communicator and presenter

Expériences

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, which allows manage multiple projects simultaneously for efficient coordination and optimal results
• have experience addressing resistance within complex projects and know how to facilitate smooth transitions and deferring opinions
