Descriptif de fonction

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Product Management Officer (PMO) professional. The PMO for Group Procurement will be responsible for supporting the entire team in the successful realization of transformational objectives in a tight market context. You will report to and work closely with the Head of Elia Group Procurement.

The service is in charge of the following tasks:

  • Set-up of the PMO function inside Group Procurement (GP).
  • Following actions are examples of activities to be performed by the PMO but it is not an exhaustive list:
    • Follow-up of GP roadmap.
    • Bring all ongoing actions into a clear roadmap.
    • Ensure actions are well defined (what-who-when) to elevate the GP department and ensure alignment within GP on the actions.
    • Follow-up of the actions and critical evaluation of the realization, making proposals for improvements.
    • Ensure transparency/reporting of the realization.
    • Management of the Group Procurement Committee.
    • Ensure governance is up-to-date & validated and incorporates the latest developments.
    • Set-up of the agenda.
    • Follow-up of actions.
    • Definition of dashboard.
    • Create transparency of all existing indicators inside GP.
    • Define the KPIs that will measure the critical activities (performance or achievements).
    • Align with BA on the development of a tool.
    • Ensure proper follow-up of the development.
    • Report on a monthly basis the dashboard.
    • Ensure reportings.
    • Ensure different reportings are qualitative (IPC, EGMB,…).
    • Budget follow-up.
    • Ensure monthly follow-up of budget and quarterly forecasts.
    • Prepare the Business Plan exercises (50Hz and ETB).
    • Participate in strategic GP related projects.
    • Ensure GP Meetings are well structured and aligned: GPM, GPTLM, GP Infosession.

Compétences

Requirements:

  • The consultant knows state-of-the-art project management software and tools and can pragmatically adapt them to a given context/company to avoid over-complexification.
  • Experience with the aforementioned IT tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Creative, well-organized, autonomous, and result-oriented.
  • Team player who brings dynamism and positive energy.
  • Fluent in English. Very good knowledge of Dutch or French.

Expériences

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in project/product/portfolio management or controlling roles.
